I’ve written to you twice regarding the broken bottle and how it had glass shards all over the other two bottles. You have yet to answer me. I have been a long time customer. I found Arlotta at farmers market 10 years ago and I have been using it ever since. The High-quality balsamic vinegars, offers a complex flavor profile with notes of sweetness, acidity, and unique barrel-aged flavor. The order was placed and paid for on August 11th and arrived a month later on September 10th. By any standards this delivery time is unacceptable. While your product is great, your ability to execute is below standard. I had to waste my time filing a lost order claim with UPS because your website indicated it had been given to UPS a month ago. Your poor communication shows a lack of respect for your customer. Buyer beware.
