I’ve written to you twice regarding the broken bottle and how it had glass shards all over the other two bottles. You have yet to answer me. I have been a long time customer. I found Arlotta at farmers market 10 years ago and I have been using it ever since. I love your balsamic vinegar and have been purchasing it for many years. Sadly, the latest package that I ordered and paid a lot for shipping never arrived. It was supposed to be a gift and I just found out they never got it!
Love Arlotta products. Have them lined up on my counter. Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, wine vinegar and have tried the flavored vinegars and flavored olive oil. Love the hot pepper infused olive oil. Use it whenever recipe asks for hot pepper. Instead of buying the hot pepper, I use this oil. Works great.
The balsamic vinegar is so delicious, I could drink it.

The order was placed and paid for on August 11th and arrived a month later on September 10th. By any standards this delivery time is unacceptable. While your product is great, your ability to execute is below standard. I had to waste my time filing a lost order claim with UPS because your website indicated it had been given to UPS a month ago. Your poor communication shows a lack of respect for your customer. Buyer beware.
