The Beginning
Our story began years ago at a farmers market in Bridgehampton, NY.
Fun-filled weekends at markets quickly became an obsession, and the springboard for the business we own and operate today.
Our organic product line perfectly complements the fresh produce, bread, fish, cheese, and meats abundant at farmers' markets. As we expanded to more markets, our collection of premium quality, organic olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and condiments flourished. Over time, we outgrew conventional sourcing, leading us to craft our own exceptional, flavor-infused products from scratch.
It takes a village
Arlotta Food Studio is our family's baby. It's more than a brand; it's our namesake, where every member of our family plays a crucial role in nurturing our shared dream. We joined hands to raise a brand we are proud of.
Our roles are clear
In our family-driven venture, John Arlotta handles branding, Mario Arlotta is our Operations guy, and Chris Arlotta is our PR lady, often found hob-knobbing around the Hamptons creating "the buzz". When it comes to agreeing on flavor, it takes a quorum- we don't always see eye to eye. Nope! We're Italian, lively dinner conversations are a cherished part of our decision-making process.

We take a hands-on approach, especially when it comes to Customer Service. In fact, product development, vendor relations, and quality assurance are always personally handled by one of us- a testament to our commitment as a family. Always!
Our doctrine is simple
With a drizzle here and spoonful there, we're all about elevating the flavors and taking a simple dish to another level. In our world, the customer and the food are the heroes, and we play the role of the finishing touch that brings out the very best in each dish. It's all about that extra dash of magic that transforms your meal.
