Our White Balsamic Vinegar has the same, sweet fragrance and delicate taste as our traditional Balsamic without the dark color. Since the grapes are cooked under pressure, the vinegar does not caramelize into the dark, rich color of a traditional balsamic. The vinegar is then aged for only one year in barrels that are not charred, inheriting the clean white color of the Trebbiano grape.
A perfect subtle finishing touch for poultry, pork, shellfish, and in salad dressings and sauces.

After many years of buying the wonderful Arlotta White Balsamic Vinegar that has always been clear as are most white balsamic vinegars the last two sets have been cloudy. Arlotta’s white balsamic vinegar is one of the best I’ve tasted. Either on its own over your favorite foods or combined with their orange or lemon infused olive oils, it is absolutely delicious. I usually order an extra bottle, so I never run out.

The caps on the bottles of white balsamic are extremely difficult to remove and once done difficult to place back on as they collapse

I had received a bottle as a gift and it is fabulous! The white balsamic vinegar is delicious on salads, fruit, cheese - you name it! The thicker consistency makes it cling to food, rather than run off so you dont end up with a puddle in your bowl when finished. Our family loves it so much that my son begged me to send a bottle to him at college. Who would have imagined? I highly recommend - well worth it!
