Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh arugula
- 1 ripe pear, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup toasted walnuts
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tbsp Arlotta white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Arlotta extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together the white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss the arugula, pear slices, toasted walnuts, and goat cheese.
Step 3
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to coat.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
