Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Skewers

  1. In a large bowl, mix together Arlotta Roasted Red Pepper Spread, Arlotta Hot Pepper olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has nice grill marks.
  6. Serve hot with a side of rice or salad.
