Tomato and Pepper Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons Arlotta Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baguette, sliced and toasted
- Arlotta Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, and Arlotta Olive Oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Spoon the tomato and pepper mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Drizzle with Arlotta Balsamic Vinegar. (optional)
- Serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or snack.
