Tomato and Pepper Bruschetta

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, and Arlotta Olive Oil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  3. Spoon the tomato and pepper mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
  4. Drizzle with Arlotta Balsamic Vinegar. (optional)
  5. Serve immediately as a delicious appetizer or snack.
