Balsamic Peach Spritz Punch

In a cocktail shaker combine the peach jam, balsamic vinegar and vodka and shake well to combine. Strain into a cocktail glass and then top off each with chilled prosecco. Garnish the glass with a fresh rosemary sprig and enjoy!

Peach Mint Bourbon Splash

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of a ripe Palisade Peach
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Arlotta Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 ounces of your favorite bourbon
  • 1 ounce of unflavored sparkling water / club soda
  • Ice for the glass
  • One spring of fresh mint (to garnish)
  • 3 oz of your favorite Bourbon

Directions

  1. In a tall glass, add 2 of the peach slices, mint leaves and the Peach Balsamic Vinegar . Muddle this mixture with the back of a spoon, gently breaking up the fruit and the mint, releasing their flavor.
  2. Fill up the glass with ice and add in the 3 ounces of bourbon. Top with the sparkling water and additional peach and mint

Peach Sangria

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 peaches ripe but firm, thinly sliced
  • 750 mL white wine 1 bottle
  • 4 ounces peach juice fresh is best
  • 1 ounce Arlotta Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8 ounces sparkling water or seltzer water (add more for a weaker sangria, less for a stronger sangria)

Garnish:

  • fresh raspberries (optional)
  • peaches sliced
  • orange slice (optional)
  • Mint sprig

Directions

  • Place sliced peaches into a large pitcher. Add white wine, peach juice, and balsamic. Stir to combine.
  • Chill the sangria in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours minimum and up to 24 hours.
  • Add the sparkling water and stir to combine.
  • Add garnish and serve over ice.

Peach Bellini

  • 2 tablespoons Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • Splash of Orange Juice
  • 1 ounce vodka (optional)
  • 3-4 ounces Prosecco, chilled
  • Fresh mint leaves (or basil if you like) and sliced peaches for garnish

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker combine the balsamic vinegar, orange juice, and vodka. Shake well.
  • Strain into a cocktail glass and top off with Prosecco. Substitute sparkling water for a non-alcoholic version.
  • Garnish with a very small drip of olive oil, fresh basil or mint, and peaches. Enjoy!

Peach Fizz Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches
  • 2 Tbsp Arlotta Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 oz vodka or liquor of choice
  • 2 cups club soda (or plain seltzer)

Directions

In a blender, puree the peaches, balsamic, honey, and ice. Divide between two glasses, add liquor and top each glass with a cup of club soda. Add a straw and garnish with peaches and or berries.
