Citrus Salad with Lemon Olive Oil

Prep time





  • 2 oranges, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, segmented
  • 1 cup diced melons (such as cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1/4 cup Arlotta Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Arlotta Peach Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional, for added crunch)
  • Fresh basil 


  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced oranges, segmented lemon, and diced melons.
  2. Drizzle Arlotta Lemon Olive Oil & Arlotta Peach Balsamic Vinegar over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle diced bell peppers over the salad for added crunch.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil
  6. Serve immediately as a refreshing and vibrant salad.
