Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (penne, fusilli, or your favorite)
- 1 jar of Arlotta's lemon artichoke dip
- 1 cup grilled chicken or shrimp (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Directions
Step 1
Cook the Pasta : Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare the Sauce : In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add lemon artichoke dip and stir until heated through.
Step 3
Combine : Toss the cooked pasta into the pan with the dip. Add grilled chicken or shrimp if using.
Step 4
Garnish : Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and lemon zest over the pasta. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Serve : Serve warm, with extra Parmesan on the side.
