Baked Salmon with Arlotta Lemon Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup Arlotta lemon artichoke dip
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat Oven : Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Prepare the Salmon : Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread the Dip : Spread about 2 tablespoons of lemon artichoke dip on top of each salmon fillet.

Step 4

Bake : Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 5

Finish : Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh dill or parsley.

Step 6

Serve : Serve with a side of quinoa, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
