Ingredients
- 6 Sugar Tree peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup Arlotta white balsamic vinegar
- zest of 2 lemons
- 10 basil leaves, torn.
Directions
Step 1
In a bowl, add the peaches.
Step 2
Add the Balsamic Vinegar, lemon zest and basil. Stir well. Cover and place in the fridge.
Step 3
Serve immediately or for best results, chill for 3 hours, stir the mix every hour, serve chilled.
