This night is sparkling, and so are your taste buds! Our Red Pepper Artichoke Spread is the perfect addition to anything hot! try it as a dipping sauce or top it off on bread or crackers!

Red Pepper Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 standard size bag of tortilla chips

  • 1 lb block of cheese such as cheddar monterey jack or colby jack, shredded

  • Seasoned ground beef

  • Shredded beef pork or chicken

  • Black beans or pinto beans

  • Tomatoes, jalapenos, or chilies

  • Corn black olives, avocados

  • Use as little or as much as you like of toppings!

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or foil.

Step 3

Spread chips over cookie sheet.

Step 4

Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over the chips.

Step 5

Sprinkle on toppings over the chips and cheese.

Step 6

Sprinkle on remaining cheese.

Step 7

Bake for approximately 10 mins, or until cheese is good and melty.

Step 8

Serve warm with sides such as guacamole, sour cream and Arlotta’s red pepper spread!
