Ingredients
- 16 small red potatoes, diced
- salted water
- Arlotta Lemon extra-virgin olive oil
- Lemon pepper seasoning, to taste
Directions
Step 1
In a pan with a lid, bring a small amount of salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Once the water is boiling, add the diced potatoes to the pan. Ensure they are in a single layer if possible.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Allow the potatoes to simmer gently until they are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
Once the potatoes are tender, drain any excess water from the pan. Drizzle the potatoes generously with Arlotta Lemon-Infused Olive Oil, to taste. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over the potatoes, adjusting the amount to your preference.
Step 5
Serve the potatoes warm or at room temperature as a delightful side dish or standalone snack.
