Chef Ted has had a long and impressive run in the restaurant, upscale resort and hospitality trade. Ted’s unique dishes have been enjoyed by guests in noteworthy establishments including Coastal Florida's Jupiter Beach and Delray Marriott Resorts.
As Executive Chef , Ted also made his mark at the prestigious Ibis Golf & Country Club, Holland America cruise lines, and the world renowned Palm Beach International Equestrian Center.
Ted carried his success to numerous resorts and restaurants as an Interim Executive Chef and consultant before deciding to open his namesake eatery in charming Manchester Vermont, Ted | Manchester.
After selling his restaurant he made his way north where he managed three restaurants at Sugarbush, one of Vermont’s premier ski resorts. Chef Ted is presently the Executive Chef at Sage, considered to be one of finest restaurants in the Sugarbush area and picturesque Mad River Valley.
